A 30-minute conversation about your business, your goals, and whether AI makes sense for you right now. No commitment, no pitch. Just an honest assessment of where you stand. If it makes sense to go further, I scope your engagement with you: the workflow, the deliverables, and a fixed price.

How I handle security and privacy.

AI raises real questions about data, privacy, and control. Here's how I think about it, and what I commit to in every engagement.

Your data stays yours.I never use client data to train models, share it with third parties, or retain it after an engagement ends. Period.
Pilots before rollouts.Every implementation starts contained: small team, limited scope, clear success criteria. I don't touch production systems until you're confident in the approach.
Human-in-the-loop by default.I design AI workflows where people review, approve, and control outputs. No autonomous decisions on sensitive data without human oversight.
Regulated-environment experience.I have built AI governance for firms with compliance, audit, and client confidentiality requirements. I know what "careful" looks like in practice.
Access controls from day one.Every AI tool I implement includes role-based access, audit trails, and clear policies on who can see, use, and modify what.
Plain-English governance docs.You get an AI acceptable use policy, data handling protocols, and vendor oversight guidelines your whole team can actually understand and follow.
